Crystals have always been part of my life. I use them to support my intentions, help with healing, and offer protection - they also help me focus and direct my energy. Each crystal has its own feeling and vibration, interacting with my own energy.

Whether I’m doing a ritual, meditating, or manifesting something new, my crystals are always involved. They fit naturally with my Wiccan and Pagan roots, a kind of magic that’s been with me for as long as I can remember.

If I could only keep one crystal, it would be clear quartz. There’s something about its purity and versatility that has always resonated with me. Clear quartz feels like the heart of my practice, a stone that amplifies intention, clears energy, and adapts to whatever work I’m doing. I can use it for anything: healing, protection, manifestation, meditation, or grounding myself when life feels heavy. Out of all the stones I’ve collected since childhood, clear quartz is the one that feels like an extension of my own energy.
