Crystals have always been part of my practice. I use them to amplify my intentions, support healing, and offer protection — not because they’re scientifically proven, but because they help me focus and direct my energy. Each one carries its own vibration, and I’ve always felt how they interact with my own energy field. Whether I’m working a ritual, meditating, or manifesting something new, my crystals are woven into the process. It’s a connection that fits perfectly with my Wiccan and Pagan roots, a quiet kind of magic that has been with me for as long as I can remember.​If I could only keep one crystal with me, it would be clear quartz. There’s something about its purity and versatility that has always resonated with me. Clear quartz feels like the heart of my practice — a stone that amplifies intention, clarifies energy, and adapts to whatever work I’m doing. It’s the one crystal I can rely on for anything: healing, protection, manifestation, meditation, or simply grounding myself when the world feels heavy. Out of all the stones I’ve collected since childhood, clear quartz is the one that feels like an extension of my own energy.
